My apologies for getting this one out of the gates so late this week - we're blaming it on computer problems because I woke up Friday morning to a PC that didn't want to PC anymore, but of course, that's no excuse, I know! Better late than never, we bring you the latest installment of Ink, Paint & Tears..., featuring one of the newest, errr, "characters" to grace Lori's drawing pad...
By popular demand, the penguins make their triumphant return to L7 Comix, or at least one of them did, anyways! Rumor has it that the others are still soaking up rays at the beach, but that's another comic altogether... It seems that a lot of people really enjoyed our last guest appearance by these fine, feathered friends from the south, so if you'd like to see them become a regular part of our cast, well, send us some penguin-related jokes - they're not the easiest characters to write for, you know!
I trust that April is treating you well thus far. It seems that somehow we managed to slip right by April Fool's Day without any incident whatsoever ... oh well, maybe next year! Daylight Savings Time has passed, as with the ever-popular Chi-ng Ming Festival in China, and the days just keep flying by, don't they? Well, I suppose in the case of our little black and white buddies here, it's more like a quick scuttle, not to poke any fun, but I'm sure they wouldn't be taking any offense to that one anyways. Penguins are pretty good people like that...
So I'll see you back here next week - same bat-channel, but hopefully a little closer to the appropriate bat-time! 'Tis a busy month for us all here at L7 Comix, but we'll get through it just fine and keep y'all laughing your heads off to boot - I promise...
